Who Should Attend? Implementation team members and organization members that have responsibility for maintaining and improving your ISO/TS 16949:2002 and/or ISO 9001:2000 system. Familiarity with the ISO/TS 16949 standard will increase the value of these workshops. Instructors Ray Ness , Automotive Training Manager for IASC, is a certified ISO/TS 14949:2002 assessor with over 20 years of automotive Tier 1 quality program experience. His areas of expertise include Automotive Quality Systems, Plant Management, Purchasing and Supplier Management, Process Engineering, Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP). He has been with IASC for over 9 years. Ray is an ISO/TS 16949:2002, QS-9000, ISO 9001:2000, QS-9000 T&E, and ISO 14001 auditor. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Grand Valley State University. Jim Dickinson is a Lead Assessor/Senior Trainer for IASC. He brings more than 30 years of automotive and auditing experience to the classroom. Jim has hands-on experience in Manufacturing, Product Development, Logistics, Quality and Management in both Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers as well as with OEMs. He spent more than 10 years as an international quality consultant working in the US, Latin America and Asia. He is an ANAB Lead Auditor and certified for auditing automotive systems. Jim holds a BS in education from Michigan State University. Schedule 2006 dates Coming Soon.
